A weekly yoga practice to energise your body and calm your mind. Mhairi’s classes are mixed ability and are based on a Hatha Vinyasa flow style. Beginners are very welcome. Classes vary from week to week, with some classes focusing more on gently stretching the body and others focusing on a more energising flow. All classes are focussed on building increased strength and flexibility. Some meditation and breathing exercises may be included.
Please bring your own yoga mat.

Mhairi started practicing yoga when she moved to Hong Kong 8 years ago as a way to meet people in her new city. Mhairi was initially drawn to the physical benefits of yoga but is now equally passionate about the mental and spiritual philosophy of a yoga lifestyle. Having felt the benefits in her own life for a number of years Mhairi wanted to deepen her knowledge of yoga and be able to share her passion with others by learning to teach. Mhairi is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, RYT 200.
