Back by popular demand, Yoga with Mhairi is back at the Hive Sheung Wan for its sixth series!
A weekly yoga practice to energise your body and calm your mind, Mhairi’s classes are based on a Hatha Vinyasa flow style. Classes will vary from week to week, with some focusing more on gentle stretching and others on a more energising flow. 🍃
Beginners are welcome! All classes are focused on building increased strength and flexibility. Some meditation and breathing exercises may be included.
Please bring your own yoga mat.

Mhairi started practising yoga when she moved to Hong Kong 8 years ago as a way to meet people in her new city. She was initially drawn to the physical benefits of yoga, but is now equally passionate about the mental and spiritual philosophy of a yoga lifestyle. Having felt the benefits in her own life for a number of years Mhairi wanted to deepen her knowledge of yoga and be able to share her passion with others by learning to teach. She is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance, RYT 200.
