Energy, both positive and negative, is stored in our body and cellular systems. Using variations of meditation, breath-work, EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), therapeutic aromatherapy, and her own teachings and wisdom, this workshop will allow you to reach deep inside to find:
1. What is the blockage which is preventing you from achieving your goals?
2. Where the blockage might be
3. At what age or time the blockage occurred
4. Release the negative energy associated with that situation
5. Replace it with a positive energy
The result is that with this “”weight”” released, participants will find a renewed sense of self, lighter, more inspired, with a fresh new approach to the situation or thing that was previously holding them back.
