Entrepreneur Experiences with Diana Wu David

Success isn’t everything. But it took her best friend’s suicide to realise that.

Diana Wu David might look like she has it all together – she’s been Director at Financial Times for 13 years, a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in HK and NEST HK, and Adjunct Professor at Columbia, London Business School and HKU.

But when she lost her best friend to suicide, she stopped – and began to deeply question our assumptions around “success.” In a city where 60 hour weeks are the norm, she’s showing us a different way to work – a changing culture of disrupting ourselves, seeking out new ideas to feed personal growth, and being unafraid of redefining yourself.
