Monica Proctor is a Board Certified Nutrition and Health Consultant who provides personalized solutions for healthy eating and lifestyles, hormone and gut imbalances, food sensitivities, weight and stress management.
Monica’s in depth knowledge of Nutrigenomics enables her to formulate personalized food, fitness and supplement plans based on non-invasive salivary DNA testing. She mentored directly with Judith Beck from the Beck Institute and CBT Australia on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for weight-loss, anxiety, anger and depression.
